The renovation of this downtown loft into an Art Studio included a kitchenette, wet bar, restroom and plenty of art display walls to view the masterpieces that would be showcased there. The design included creating mobile art walls to view the pieces that would be displayed without cramping the overall feel of the room. The open wire walls offer the contemporary look and open concept to reality.
