This Memorial Contemporary Home was designed by Viewpoint Designs and built by Gryphon Builders for a beautiful family of four looking to build the perfect home to raise children and create lifelong memories. We design this home to fit in with the contemporary architecture of this older Briarhills neighborhood. Our interpretation of a modern design for the neighborhood was to approach this home with a minimalist approach to best fit in.

A few of the unique features include an extraordinary floating staircase that was the focal point of this design for our client's wishes. Custom panel and siding designs with Hardie Siding for ease of maintenance. The interior is expansive yet, intimate for the family to entertain and stay close together.

Every detail thoughtfully expresses our client's vision for their home as we worked together diligently through the design and building process.
